Great first job out of uni - Project Manager PepperHQ Employee Review

- Good environment to take lead on projects.

- No structure for ongoing feedback on the work being done. For instance, in my case, I thought I was doing a good job until the call where I got fired during the probation period.

There are no pros at all.

Manager is very rude, even the other employees. No proper KT is given, but they expect you to work like a dog. They want you to work like robots. No time is given to learn. QA team is the worst, they taunt you and yell at you for every small things. No work life balance, there will be no life at all here. Please don't join this company and spoil your life.
