      Continually learning while diagnosing and working on various levels of autonrepair

      Cons

      Middle and upper management changeover every few months and couldn't keep their eye on the long term rebuilding of dilapidated locations

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
