Continuous and relentless micromanagement from top to bottom Multinational only in the business model, the company is, in reality, an SME without processes, policies or multinational culture. Slow and erratic decision making, the CEO knows everything and is right even when he is wrong! Low salaries! No benefits! No training! Overtime is "required" by management and is used as a measure of good performance! Lack of organisation and effectiveness, the majority of times you chase information, wait for decisions or face delays due to incompetent processes. No real appreciation of employees' work and effort. Bad attitudes and behaviours do exist!
