Pros

only pros this company has is that they give you free exams that you can take and that they have good valuable certificates, people help each other out and managers help you with shift requests.

Cons

horrible shifts forget about your personal life you will just work and work, they keep changing and bending rules/policies without warning you or asking team itself, you would like to change department? well get ready to work 4 years for that. ''higher'' departments look down on you and all the cool company events/bonuses they have is not for you its for hr/it and other departments. people leave all the time or they just don't continue your contract (first contract is 6 months) and team never stays the same its always new people every week. They are there to just suck money out of people....

Pros

Great team environment and the work is easy once you get the ropes.

Cons

The salary is fairly low for the amount of service you provide and tools you have to use to be an effective agent. Very limited growth opportunities for remote workers.
