Pros

I was recruited by PTP, LLC for an Information Assurance Engineer position for a government contract 2015. That was my first introduction to the company. The CEO had a luncheon for us, which was at a local restaurant paid by PTP, in which I William and Andreas during that visit who were from the Corporate office. That was my first introduction to the company. The onboarding process was all done remote via many emails. I discovered that PTP was a small service disabled veteran owned company located in Florida. I felt something refreshing and peaceful that day at the luncheon as the CEO was already speaking about the Holiday party he had planned for us later that year. All in all, I had a great tenure at PTP.

Cons

The one disadvantage is that PTP is a small company in a market saturated with other like government companies. I left before the contract ended as I got a unique opportunity to work overseas.

Pros

I have been employed by PTP LLC for going on 5 years. I served in active duty and have worked for multiple Fortune 100 companies prior to joining PTP and I will say that the work environment and company culture at PTP LLC has been exceptional. The Owner/CEO Victor Buonamia, and the Executive team has a strong people-first approach, and it shows by the way they interact with and treat their employees. Everyone is professional, respectful, and supportive in your career progression. PTP has been very good to me and my family and are always looking for ways to increase morale and promote a family culture. 5 stars from me,

Cons

I don't have any cons to report.

Nothing much positive to say about them
