Pros
You can tell they care about their clients overall well being, schedule is set if working part time, good tech communication with management.
Cons
Not enough training, pay is not good considering tasks vary program by program such as one might just be for companionship and medication reminders while another might need diaper and clothing changes, showers, more hands on help but pay is the same. Mileage reimbursement is not much, never saw management and worked mostly alone.
