hostile work environment, micro-management, drivers get away with treating office staff terribly without consequences, company is more focused on keeping drivers happy rather than their management and office staff, pile more work on than what can be accomplished in a day (poor work/life balance)... you'll work yourself to death, logistics is contracted with other companies so once that contract ends you could be out of a job, some locations don't have anywhere close to home for job advancement without having to move or drive further away.
