Pros
Supervisors are willing to guide and explain the job to you. They are open to questions. Environment of the office was also relaxed.
Cons
I worked at a time that Penn State was unsettled. In this role, it was very hard to answer questions about the status of the school. Supervisors were not able to tell us answers to pertinent questions, which made me think they were not asking the important questions to the people who knew the answers.
