If you’re not from a financial background, then you’ll have a hard time “fitting in” or being heard. Diversity of thought means nothing, despite the care, respect and belonging rhetoric. They like to hire people for their brilliance, but are not open to doing things differently - so results are always the same. There is zero growth opportunity. Managers are too busy positioning themselves to senior leadership so their teams are left behind. And there is zero lack of accountability for those managers.
