Pros
One third of monthly salary after taxes is a bonus, there are opportunities to grow, an employee have more rights and holidays than in any other company in Mexico, they even add to the salary, money for fuel regardless the job possition and women obtain same salary than men.
Cons
Aside from the salary women are still discriminated. diminished and humiliated., Working hours are at least 12 per day, holidays might be interrupted if your boss requires your presence. Relationships are more important than performance and there is a grave lack of transparency
