Overall, it's has a great work environment. They give you a chance to learn and get used to workload. They also provide many work positions you can learn from not just behind the camera but also inside the live tv production room.

The pay can be better but it's acceptable for the work you do.

If you're a good political operator you may do well here. Performance is based on politics and relationships and not actual job performance.
