Goals for 2016 were 3x 2015 with no increase in inventory. Product only works as advertised in some instances, ad tracking backend is a disaster, management lacks focus, direction and an ability to communicate clear goals to employees. Prepare to be pulled in 100 different directions and punished when company goals change (and they fail to notify you).
