      Pros

      Good company. Lots of growth potential. A big competitor against the smaller anesthesia groups out there. It does a good job acquiring other companies

      Cons

      Poor communication. New things are started and then stopped once they have a chance to think them through. Lots of back and forth and indecision.

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
