Pros
As a developer, you will work with new technologies. You get to pretend like you are impacting other's lives through education.
Cons
Too many to list. Poorly managed. Very high turn over rate and attrition rate. In spite of that cannot afford the staff it has now. 10 percent workforce layoff across the board in quarter one 2016. They hire many visa based employees, pay them poorly and hold the visa over their head as a weapon (I do not have a visa). Unrealistic project goals and unattainable deadlines. Be prepared to work long hours and holidays to meet deliverables. Watch the lazy and undisciplined be elevated while you work long hours to prevent failure. Very meeting centric. Revolving door for senior leadership. Could go on and on... Everything that was good about Pearson ecollege (centennial) has left. Go elsewhere.
