Pros
Nothing to be honest really
Cons
The company claims to value autonomy, proactivity, and risk-taking, but the reality is heavy micromanagement.
There were up to five long meetings per day, often spent reviewing emails or Google Sheets that already contained all the updates. These were not quick syncs — most meetings lasted close to an hour and added little value.
Work was constantly monitored. Productivity was measured by how many documents or strategies you produced, not by results or impact. If you weren’t visibly creating something every day, it was assumed you weren’t working.
A referral I made was hired and then terminated after only 15 days, with immediate access removal and no fair evaluation period. Fifteen days is not enough to assess performance or culture fit.
Finally, when I left the company, I was underpaid compared to what I was owed, which made the overall experience even more disappointing.
If you’re looking for real autonomy and trust-based work, this is not the place.
