- Poor management with poor communication. - Being physically present is rewarded much more than what you are actually contributing. - Selective treatment of employees. - Little structure, it's all very loose. - Forced to be a certain social character or they will intentionally forget you. - They will unfortunately micromanage even though they say they don't - Unable to set clear work boundaries and deadlines with employees
