Salaries are consistently delayed by two months or more, and employees only receive one month's pay instead of the full amount owed. This salary issue has been ongoing for over two years now. The company registers employees with CNSS but does not provide AMO health insurance coverage. Management is disorganized and lacks transparency. Some managers focus more on pleasing their superiors than actually doing their jobs or supporting their teams. The overall work environment is negative and unsupportive.

I can't find any pros in the company

the lack of integrity and disregard for interns' rights. Moreover, the lack of respect shown towards interns is appalling. Many of us were assigned menial tasks that were far from the meaningful learning experiences we were promised.
