      They've maintained a good development environment as well as team leaders and senior developers are really very brave Also salary scale is also very good.

      There are always some unconditional exceptions everywhere and we can ignore them.

      Pros

      - Timely salary - Fix time, after that generally no one bothers you. - Backed by a baron from diamond industry so, you can enjoy their facilities also.

      Cons

      - The management was too strict. You have to go on lunch time and come back on the time. - No flexible hours. - Too much office politics. - Two vacations, it is also not fixed. (other than there is no such leave)
