      Pros

      Good Mission; Dedicated Leadership. I was very impressed on how well they handled the crisis of the pandemic. Generous Benefits

      Cons

      Needs to be organized at a system level in supporting the various locations. Too much turnover of leadership. Difficult union environment; untrusting caregivers even when PeaceHealth is trying to do the good/right thing.

      Backstabbing/harressment/bullying and threats made constantly by security supervisor to terminate employment which creates a hostile workplace
