Pros

Working at PayShepherd has been an absolute pleasure from the get-go. Colleagues are wonderful people, leadership are human beings. Everyone from support agents to the CEO will find time to go above and beyond for their teammates. Salary is on par with Canadian tech. The PayShepherd platform is EXCELLENT and easy to implement, thanks to the teams who work hard to ensure client lift is minimal. In fact, we all lift a little, to ensure no individual is struggling. It's one of the greatest environments I've been in.

Cons

After over a year here, I don't see any cons.

- Remote work with collaborative and supportive team - Good environment for learning and growth - Leadership communicates openly and stays involved - Employees are recognized frequently for their contributions - Strong focus on innovation, especially around AI and automation - People are encouraged to take ownership and solve problems creatively

Cons

- Fast-paced environment with evolving processes can add to pressure during peak busy periods - Communication volume can sometimes be overwhelming - Limited in person team building can create silos within company
