Pros

Late salaries are a great financial discipline tool. After a while your CIBIL score drops so low you stop thinking about loans altogether. Very liberating. Extremely professional setup: no written promises, so nothing can ever be officially broken. Everything is verbal, flexible, and conveniently forgettable. Salary credit is a monthly suspense game. Keeps life exciting. Will it come today? Tomorrow? Next week? Nobody knows. Strong desi lala culture: If you are self centered, Imaginary and cluess welcome to your family. Only people who are good at politics survive. Competent ones usually leave for better. Full village vibes included (Wild Card): Power cuts happen often enough to remind you of your roots. No need to miss your hometown. Future-ready and empowering company: Engineers are trained by long client calls calls half the day, so when AI replaces us, we are already prepared for call-center roles and probably SCAM Too. Visionary stuff.

Cons

The only con is that the coffee machine works as often as their logic, total taste/logic less.

Pros

Some team members are supportive, but unfortunately that is the only positive aspect.

Cons

The company shows extremely poor professionalism when it comes to employee payments and exit formalities. Salaries and Full & Final settlements are delayed without clear timelines, and employees are forced to repeatedly follow up with HR and the finance team just to get basic information. The lack of transparency and accountability from management creates unnecessary stress for employees who have already left the organization. Many times it feels like employees are being mentally harassed by continuous delays and unresponsiveness regarding their own hard-earned money.
