This company invests in their people. I was provided a great training baseline when I started as well as receiving daily support from home office from anything I needed on the sales side. My Regional is always on top of it if I need anything and always there if I need a listening ear.
Cons
Sadly our time with Pathway is coming to a close and I am heartbroken. The amount of good people and talent in this company is overwhelming. I have never felt like there was anyone in home office I couldn’t talk to.
