Pros
Pathway Homes is a solid company to work for. They have best practices and are ethical, emphasis is put on the safety and well-being of consumers as well as staff. The CEO does a nice job of keeping employees in the loop and has an open-door policy. They have great benefits and a strong core of leadership that have been there some time. Clear dedication to helping people with mental illness and known in positive ways in the community. Pay increases with performance evaluations.
Cons
Salary is lower than expected, but leadership listens and attempts to make small increases when possible.
