There are a few genuinely great people working there. Not many, but there are some.
Cons
Where do I start? Upper Management is clueless as to how to how competent supervisors. They refused to allocate funds to the transportation department to fix or replace vehicles even as we lost so many vehicles that there were more drivers than cars. They refused to listen to the suggestions of moving towards leasing a fleet, until the manger making those proposals quit, leaving the rest of us floundering without leadership or enough cars to drive. And the list of failures and disfunction goes on and on through all departments.
