      The other employees were helpful in teaching and the indoor shop work was nice.

      Cons

      Management was horrible, equipment was in bad condition and unsafe. The other employees spoke badly about the employer and manager. Also when Kobe were bid wrong or material was late it was pushed on you to make up the time.

      - Option of 4-10 or 5-8 schedules - If 4-10, can work a Friday to make up time - Family Owned that has over 40+ people with work tenure of over 15+ years and 20+ people of 25+years -Monthly BBQs, summer picnics that allows people to hang out outside of work -Great Healthcare Options for every type family -Bonus structure is fair and provided even if year was not as successful as required for bonus - Willing to bring on office staff for R&D
