Do you want to experience hell.. Please join Party Expert! The specialties are: 1. No training 2. Heavy expectations 3. Poor Project management starting from CEO to store managers 4. Management peoples are settled as like "Government Job" 5. The peoples who are working hard gets "Peanuts" and if management finds someone to blame that's the normal. 6. Fake promises to the employees and installing procedures without documenting it and forcing more unnecessary pressure on employees 7. Fake promises about salary hike, in fact there is no salary hike. What you see is what you get. 8. Upper management is just like "British government before independence" 9. Poor systems applications and poor support. 10. Management will remind you that you are expendable at anytime.
