Pros
1. Full Salary is coming from Canada on which we can do taxation on our own. 2. After tax, salary looks too good for living. 3. Learning new technologies time to time. 4. Ownership of data. 5. You are not forced to work on your private time. 6. Work life balance.
Cons
1. Salary comes late many a times without any reason. 2. For a mistake, you will be too much tortured. 3. They don't work on industry wide waterfall method. 4. They work on points system from 0.5 to 1.25 per project where point means days. 5. You have to explain a lot for your points and you will get points from other developers' understanding of that project even though most of them don't understand. 6. There is discussion on even 0.25 points which is not relevant most of the times. 7. Whoever speaks much and a lot, that developer is considered to be a good. 8. They don't work on scale. So if you will suggest a solution for scale, you will be tortured a lot and you will be considered as inexperienced. 9. You have to ask for leaves even on your festivals and those will be considered as part of leaves taken.
