      There are many good sides of this company such as :Good teamwork,awesome coordination, goals set according to capacity and employee enrichment can be seen.

      Cons

      The other side of the coin is :Lack of decision making,Red tapism,Intermingled departments and lastly there is lack of personal incentives.

      Pros

      I am Current Empolyee, working as a Sr. HR ...its good place to do job and will also learn a lot. Work environment is good and friendly, I enjoy working there a lot.

      Cons

      Little issue is of this office is.....Location, where the office is located , its difficult to get there. The reason is, lot of traffic, because of traffic I reach late in office . But for job we can adjust .
