      Pros

      Short Fridays if you are in Spain, remote 100% inside Spain.

      Cons

      There is no inflation adjustment, and everything in Spain has become more expensive due to inflation. Salaries have not been adjusted, all Udemy access has been removed, and all language courses (English, Spanish, Portuguese) have been canceled. They will provide you with an old, used laptop. In 2023, there were a lot of layoffs. There is a lot of favoritism inside the company. Every time the CEO spoke, he pushed for working harder and harder. Not once did he mention putting life first, family first, relaxing, or enjoying time if you are burned out. He just kept pushing employees to their limits. Pray about which client you will be assigned to pushing the employees to the limit. Pray what client you will be assigned and you will be alone by your own. No opportunities for growth. You might be hired as a Java developer, but on your first day, they may ask you to take on a project in Ruby on Rails. HR does not exist.

      Pros

      What I love most of being part of a fast-growing technology company, is the possibility of being challenged at my job, have the opportunity to learn, of being part of a team who cares what and how we do it and least but not less important cares about people. All voices are heard and all opinions count. We work remotely and are spread all over the world, but we are able to meet with our colleagues in our offices, which are mainly spread across Europe, North America and Latin America. Diversity, good vibes and doing our best, that's what Parser feels like for me.

      Cons

      As we are growing fast, we know we still have some things to improve in our processes to have a better flow. But we are aware and working on it as we want our best experience for all.
