Fascinating industry that only seems to be growing.
Cons
This was not my first startup but this experience was by far the worst. Although they call themselves a startup they have been around for quite some time. You would hope by this point they would have at a minimum, got the basics ironed out. In the first 3 months my schedule changed three times, both days & hours. First time i put in a pto request, i was asked if that would be a regular occurrence. I felt as though my request was an issue even though I had offered to switch my days off to accommodate the request.
