Pros
They treat the employees pretty well. Nice facilities. Average benefits, but you get vacation time right away, which is unusual. Very responsive HR dept. You get MLK Day and your birthday off! Everyone I've worked with has been very nice, haven't met a single Lifer With A Bad Attitude that you see at many companies.
Cons
Communication is terrible, at least in my dept. Major changes dropped in your lap last minute. A culture of confidentiality, which is proper for a financial institution but I think they carry it too far with internal information. Everyone worships Jim the President, but all I saw was a guy getting paid a ton of money to play golf and go fishing. Training, at least in my dept, was terrible. Follow around your coworkers and do what they do. Great, except then you get numerous conflicting opinions and lots of holes in your education.
