ALL the managers and office personals have Very lacking knowledge in this field. They have no clue how to run a day program or deal with people with disabilites. They sit in an office all day and eat, go out for lunch hours on end, go shopping for themselves on companies dime and vehicles. And take a vacation week about once a month. They hire family members for upper positions who have no clue what a developmental disability is.
