Pros
I have been working in this field for approximately 10 years. I have worked for a couple third party companies, and for a major insurance company. This company ranks high as a great place to work in my opinion. The people are kind and they care about your success. When I see people talk about how 'it is all about numbers' etc, I take that with a grain of salt. Numbers are important in this line of work, and without them there is no impact, and well frankly, no job. If you value autonomy, know how to manage your time, and a team player who loves to make a difference in people's lives this could be for you. I am happy and proud to work at Paradigm!
