Pros
A fabulous team, good benefits, a group of hardworking individuals who take pride in what they do (this is especially obvious at the Mount Gilead location where the average tenure is almost 20 years!) Paperworks cares for it's people and it's people care for this organization. Aims for work life balance, diplomatic and fair management aids in the low turnover rate. It's a place where I enjoy going to work every day and appreciate my coworkers. It makes a huge difference when you love what you do and the sustainability aspect of Paperworks is wonderful. Such a great place to work.
Cons
There are times when business demand is high, and long hours are needed, however, would rather be busy with lots to do rather than twiddling our thumbs.
