Great money sometimes the tips aren't worth it, but making 30k-40k a year isn't so bad.

Uniforms get dirty easily and after a while they don't look presentable ( shirts are $20!!!!)
Customers can be over the top
No tip suggestion, so people tip you whatever they want out of a big check.
