Pros
Predictable hours and schedule. You are able to call off ahead of time and ask for swaps with coworkers similar to the restaurant industry. Positive team environment (with some exceptions). Essentially a call center, where workers from Operations call in for technical support regarding network, registers, printers, etc.
Cons
No benefits until you are brought on as a permanent hire. This can take up to 1 year. You are required to work 1 day of the weekend as part of your 40 hours per week. Culture is a big thing, but too big for some individuals. Many people say it is "cult-like," but aren't all companies? Example: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
