Pros
Good foundation for building stress tolerance and high customer volume, handful of roles from food prep, cooking and front of house positions to gain skills from. Decent pay for the work compared to other fast food joints, pretty easy to work up positions and get raises.
Cons
Having a positive experience is once again almost wholly reliant on coworkers, mangers, etc. Great team makes days easy, bad team ruins your whole week.
