Pros
There are some great people at the company and if you network correctly you can thoroughly enjoy making friends on the job.
Cons
Used to be out in Secaucus, now in Newark -- not sure which is worse. I was at the old facility so I am not sure if the new spaces are an improvement. However, reverse commuting from Manhattan is just a tiresome chore. The environment is very Japanese, corporate and stuffy. Nothing against Japanese culture, but in the workplace there is a false sense of fear and hierarchy around titles and roles. Just not a lot of room to be creative when all the focus is on generating sales and competing with Samsung.
