      None, pretty horrible environment to endure.

      Cons

      Pay structure sucks, Benefits are lacking and expensive, company will gaslight you. You have to buy all your own work equipment and uniforms. Your hours are never consistent, Their trucks are falling apart. They don't provide any air conditioning. You will be used.
