Pros
Pay is OK and they pay overtime but they do not pay sick pay and their is compulsory Saturday working.
Cons
Company ignores Health and safety the fact that Drivers are getting injured delivering pallets of goods weighing up to 1600kg with just a hand truck and tail lift. and Management ignore clear instructions on POD's that say 7.5 ton, small vehicles only and let you struggle with a 45 foot trailer.
