From my experience over the past two years, 120% Lino is growing both in collection and locations. It has been great to learn from the company and refreshing to have such opportunity for growth within the retail sector. Management has an open door policy so I feel my voice is heard and I have an influence on success.

As with any company that is expanding, there are small improvements to communication that are being addressed, in my personal experience.

Italian misogynistic company who hires mostly immigrants to exploit them Treat you like your the problem for the low sales Gaslight you when you remind them of terms you agreed upon taking the job Fire employees to place blame on them when the company is a mess Fake Corporate Leaders act like your friend at first then turn into a monster Exploit you for overtime and not pay which is illegal Exploit single mothers and people with medical conditions and dont follow business law in america Cheap linen product overpriced Make employees spam customers all day with emails so algorithm doesnt pick up on BOTS Messy leadership and illegal business practices which include firing employees who get hurt on the job to avoid lawsuits Exploit older employees and make them stand for hours the list goes on...
