Overworked 10 hour shifts double booked with no help at all. Factory therapy, the patients come marching in 2 by 2 for hours. You have to do the laundry while double booked. Management is very money oriented. Huge turnover due to lack Of support and management paying no attention to issues and concerns. Exercise equipment is dirty because there is no one to clean them.
Payroll is inconsistent and often wrong.
Management is very cyrptic about approving PTO and sick time, no holiday pay.
Some therapists are totally unqualified making the jobs of others more difficult/confusing.
Treatment space is poorly maintained/lack of equipment.
