Pros
Pay was somewhat adequate and on time, never lacked work
Cons
Bad communication, a lot of criticism and complaining regarding my work, although my designs ended up being on the front-page as showcase. Requests to urgently get some work done, although we agreed I am absent for that day and the fact they knew the deadline for weeks. Never got constructive feedback, got a mentor assigned who would steal my projects and undermine me. In the end it turned out their middleman company that processed my pay was taking cca 60% of my pay and everybody acted like nobody had no idea. When I tried to sort that out, the middleman company threatened me they would sue me. Then the Pagestreet CEO said he will sort it all out and I will work for them directly without the middleman and get my full pay, but instead I got locked out of all accounts and was told we can't work together anymore. His colleagues contacted me a week later to ask me when the new designs will be done because they had no idea what happened, and they were disappointed because MY DESIGNS WERE SELLING. I never received my promised commissions for those designs that sold for quite the amount of money. I was lied to that none of them sold, although I found them on the official client's website after they were sold &released.
