Collaborative environment with amazingly smart and friendly co workers.

I cannot think of cons.

I loved working there. All my colleagues were very friendly and supported my development.

No career plan. There was no clarity over bonus. When I joined, they promised up to 4 times the salary as bonus. In my first year review, it was nothing or 1-max 2 salaries.
