      Pros

      Stable employer. Good people to work with. Health and 401k. Lots of overtime. Good place to get experience.

      Cons

      Can be a lot of work in hot, wet, dangerous areas. Hours can get very long when there is a major breakdown- like multiple weeks of 12-16 hr shifts. Very dirty.
