Pros
Compensation: Salary is acceptable and fair. Work-Life Balance: Generally stable and OK; standard working hours are respected. Good office location and supportive peer-level colleagues.
Cons
Management quality is highly variable and entirely dependent on which department you join. While there were some truly excellent leaders here—some of whom were unfortunately affected by organizational realignments—there are also highly directive, hands-on management styles that you may want to avoid. In certain areas, leadership can be resistant to taking ownership or incorporating peer feedback. If you are uncomfortable navigating ego-driven environments, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and backchanneling before applying to your specific target department.
