      Pros

      Company is subsidiary of Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway. So, this company is lean and mean with financial stability.

      Cons

      Most groups operate in their own silo. Bureaucracy or fear? There isn't much interaction/integration. Not much room for upward or lateral movement. Morale is low and is lower since 2015. Current CEO, Stefan Bird, is former executive with Koch Industries.

      Pros

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
