Staff food was always great and the people working along side with you!

Really everything else. The pay is low with a bonus scheme that is dangled above your head and is not given to you for no reason, the senior management have a tend to bully and shout at staff. Long shifts in the week and everybody is on salary so they use you as a work horse. Dont work for these guys as they dont care about the staff that run their business.

Theybhave such a lovely team, a real family feel. Everyone has there role and there is a clear sense of communication between team members. They care about aesthetic and the guests experience, a truly enjoyable experience as an employee and a guest.

Owners were sometimes course, they should leave communications to managers. At some times it was high pressure.
