The upper management foster a cut throat mentality. When things go wrong it turns into the pointing fingers game. Management high up the chain encouraging employees to tell on one another to get ahead, and have given raises to people who have done so. The quality team is a revolving door because the Engineering team supersedes all quality aspects of the company, and the company is known to hide defects and skew numbers to customers and corporate in order to allow themselves to look good. Major ethical and procedural concerns here.
