      very high pay compared to competitors. very safe workplace. great promotion opportunities

      Turnover is caused by using this company as "plant experience" and then moving into "process operator" jobs once they acquire the minimum "in the plant experience".

      Flexible vacation use, and decent pay for the amount of work you do at the site.

      Cons

      Low amount of vacation time until you reach 15years of company service. 401k only matches up to 4% with a 5years vestment time to get 100%.
